If you do not have the cDNA of interest, GeneDetect can isolate the gene from our cDNA libraries. The gene of interest is cloned into the pAAV plasmid and then packaged
into AAV. We currently have quality mouse and rat cDNA libraries available.
If required a C- or N-terminal HA tag may be incorporated. Why incorporate
HA?
